Lots of Pittsburgh museums and attractions offer students discounts. Some of the savings are great….ranging from 50-100% off admission, while others offer a dollar off (still a dollar!) I thought these discounts were only for local schools, but my friends were in town from Japan and used their IDs from their foreign school to get the same discount. Make sure you bring your ID! I didn’t have mine and they still gave it to me, but I have a feeling I got lucky. Not in Pittsburgh? Check out your local museums to see if they offer student discounts.
