Earlier in the summer, my husband asked me if I’d help him review math over the summer so he could hit the ground running when his college classes start back up in the fall. Of course I was willing to help. I was just going to review everything in the cumulative review at the end of his book.
But then something better came along. SarahTitus.com had an article about an on-line summer math program called TenMarks. It’s supposed to be a K-12 program, but some of the high school courses they cover combined with the fact that the husband’s not in calculus yet makes the program work for him as a college student, as well.
You take an initial evaluation so the program can gauge where you’re at, and then it builds a program for you for the rest of the summer. We were doing it on our computer, but apparently there’s an app, too. I’ll have to work on getting that on his phone.
Normally it’s $40, but this summer you can get it for free here.
